It's Caribbean Food Week the 21st - 28th August. During this week we celebrate all things Caribbean food. And, Grace Foods, the UK’s number 1 Caribbean food and drink company, is at the forefront of celebrations.  

The lovely people at Grace Foods UK sent us a big hamper containing a range of Grace Foods' with the challenge to cook up the perfect 'street party spread' at home.

This weekend, we had some kitchen fun with the kids.

It's so much fun in the kitchen with your kids, whether you bake a cake with them, or make a simple smoothie, they enjoy it very much, and the best part is.. it teaches them life skills.
