Returns & Refunds Policy

I want you to feel confident shopping here. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted, in line with UK consumer law.

1. Returns for physical products (UK customers)

To request a return, you must email:

Once your request is approved, you will be given the return address.

Returned items must be:

Unused

In their original condition

Returned within 14 days of your return request

2. Return postage

The buyer is responsible for paying return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will:

Be issued to the original payment method

Be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item

Original postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. In these cases, return postage will not be charged to you.

5. Digital products

If digital products are sold:

Refunds are not offered once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed
