Some days with chronic illness feel heavier than others.

On those days, I find myself coming back to small, gentle reminders like these. Not to fix anything, not to pretend everything is okay, but just to soften the moment a little.

I thought it was just a trapped nerve.

Something that would pass in a few days. Something I could stretch out, rest through, or fix with a bit of yoga.

But it kept coming back.
